  • Email address

  • Artist name (optional)

  • Any additional information you provide (e.g., contribution preferences)

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the sign-up form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting gdpr@indiejam.se, and we will delete your details.

HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

RECORDINGS

Our events are filmed and audio recorded.

If you perform, audio and video of your performance may be published on IndieJam's channels and on video streaming platforms. By performing, you confirm that you hold the rights to the material you perform and to share it.

If you attend as audience, you may appear in footage of the room. We post a notice at the entrance on the night, and you can tell us if you prefer not to appear.

To have material removed, contact gdpr@indiejam.se. We will remove it from our own channels, though material already shared by others may not be possible to retract.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR DATA

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Your data is securely stored, and access is limited to those running IndieJam.

SHARING YOUR DATA

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless:

  • You give explicit consent

  • It is required by law

  • It is necessary to provide our services (e.g., coordinating with event collaborators such as venues or the house band)

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

We keep your details for as long as you want to receive invitations. If we have not heard from you in two years, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

  • Correction: Request corrections to inaccurate or incomplete data.
